The fact that you have reached the contact page suggests that you are likely thinking about something.  I want to start by saying I’m happy you’re here.  Really.  Writing this blog is enjoyable, but it becomes even more enjoyable when it becomes a dialogue.

I’m Sarah Williams, the Aldi fan who created this website, and this is where we can interact.  Perhaps you have a serious query concerning a product from Aldi.

Perhaps you’ve tried something that I haven’t, and you’re eager to share your experience.  Or perhaps you’ve discovered a recipe that turned out wonderfully—or hilariously poorly—and you’d like to tell others about it.  I want to hear from you about whatever it is.

Why make contact?

The problem is that this blog is about more than just me rambling through the aisles of Aldi and blogging about the things I put in my cart.  The goal is to create a small group of individuals who share a same interest.

The delight of discovering a new snack, the excitement of finding a good deal, or the inquisitiveness of whether a frozen meal is indeed as delicious as it appears on the package.

Your comments influence the topics I write about.  Please email me if there is a product you have your eye on but are unsure is worth the money.  I’ll probably include it in my next shopping trip and tell you everything.

I’d also like to know if you tried something and liked it or didn’t.  Imagine this area as a large group chat where everyone is exchanging notes about what should be put in the cart and what should be put on the shelf.

Requests, queries, and sporadic ideas  Greetings

I really enjoy it when people email me regarding a variety of topics.  Some people ask me to write reviews for particular Aldi items.  Using one or two ingredients they picked up, some people seek for culinary ideas.

Some merely wish to greet each other and discuss their personal shopping successes.  There isn’t a “right” reason to message me.  I’m interested in hearing anything you’re thinking about that has to do with food, Aldi, or this site.

Here are some things you may wish to inquire about:

Requests for products:  Have you seen something new at Aldi but aren’t sure you want to buy it?  Let me serve as your test subject.

Recipe assistance:  Do you want to make meals using Aldi products but are unsure where to begin?  I enjoy coming up with new concepts.

Comments:  Have you tried the product or recipe I reviewed?  Tell me about it!  I enjoy listening to your tips and twists.

Typical Aldi chitchat:  Discovered a secret treasure?  Tell me about it!  It may even appear in a subsequent post.

How to get in touch with me

Email is the most convenient method of communication.  Simply type your query, suggestion, or thinking and email it to me.  I read all of the messages.  Life, coffee breaks, and the occasional Aldi snack splurge may cause me to not react right away, but I try my best to reply to everyone.

Don’t be shy about making contact if you are.  I swear, I’m just an ordinary person who enjoys discussing food and deals.  It was just me, typing back with far too many exclamation points, with no corporate crew or automated responses.

A brief observation regarding reviews

I’m pleased to review things that readers recommend because I am asked this a lot.  I actually enjoy it because it allows me to try things that I might have otherwise passed over.  Remember that I will always be truthful.

I’ll tell you why I think it’s great.  I will also inform you if it is a miss.  My objective is to assist you in determining what is and is not worth your money, not to try to pitch you on anything.

We should maintain our amity.

Making connections with readers of this site is one of the finest aspects of operating it.  Fans of Aldi are unique; we’re sensible, inquisitive, and slightly fixated on that middle aisle.

Talk soon,

Sarah
